FAQ

  • No. The handbook, video tutorials, whatsapp group and live calls guide you step‑by‑step.

  • It depends on your job, If you WFH then it won't be a problem. A more labour intensive job will require you to take time off. I always recommend taking time off stressful jobs in order to let the body rest and heal.

  • All sessions are recorded and provided to participants.

  • When prepared for properly and performed safely, supervised water fasts are generally safe for healthy adults. Do not enroll if pregnant, nursing, or if you have medical conditions that contraindicate fasting.

  • Basic juicer or pre-made juices for prep/break-fast days, filtered water, enema kit, blood pressure machine water bottle.
