Sinclair Fischer-Gray

Sinclair has completed over 10 extended fasts including three 20 day and a 40 day water only fast. He has been coaching and facilitating fasting for 10 years and has facilitated fasting for over 250 individuals.
He is a documentary film maker and co-created the fasting documentary Fasting the Healer Within (2023)
Fasting and healing is his life’s purpose and he brings a deep level of experience and heart felt empathy to all those he works with.
Lucy Teear

Lucy is a plant-based detoxification and fasting coach, CMA-certified juice therapist, and Kundalini yoga teacher.
After being diagnosed with aggressive, metastatic breast cancer twice, Lucy experienced first hand the body’s remarkable capacity to heal, inspiring a complete lifestyle transformation.
Lucy shares a nature-based approach to longevity through fasting, detoxification, and the Principles of Health.
My Mission
My mission is to guide people back to their innate capacity for healing by offering a supportive, evidence-informed fasting retreat that gently resets the body and restores balance. Through guided fasting, restorative practices, and focused nervous‑system regulation techniques, we create a safe container for participants to experience deep physical and mental regeneration + renewal.
We also teach the fundamentals of anatomy and physiology and practical nutrition strategies so guests leave empowered with the knowledge and tools to sustain long‑term health. By combining thoughtful fasting protocols, nervous‑system education, and personalized nutritional guidance, we help individuals reclaim vitality naturally and confidently.
Over the years I’ve seen the body’s remarkable capacity to heal—through fasting and meditation. This retreat combines both practices simultaneously for powerful, accelerated transformation and healing. My aim is for every guest to leave deeply healed, renewed, and energised—healthier and elevated in body, mind, and spirit.

Our beautiful villa is located in Ubud, Bali in a remote and quiet area. Nestled next to lush rain forest you will hear the calming and soothing sounds of nature while you rest and heal.

Room Options
The Villa offers 6 spacious rooms with 8 king beds in total. 4 single rooms and 2 double rooms. These bedrooms are built for comfort and luxury and are the perfect resting space while fasting and rejuvenating!

*This fee covers everything from the moment you land to the moment you take off. The only things that aren’t covered are your flights to and from Bali. All costs relating to the retreat including food, drinks, healing sessions are included in the fee during your 14 days.
50% deposit is required to hold your spot. The remainder is due to be paid by Sept 15th 2026.
Payments are fully refundable up until July 15th. After which, the fee is no longer refundable but is transferrable.
